We felt safe and confident all the time! We had the pleasure to discover this beautiful country, by VIP Couch car, 4x4, to the Awash National Park, lake Langano, Arba Minch, The Omo Valley, to the south, Konso,Turmi,Jinka, Omorate, Yabelo & Yirgalem, and back to Addis Ababa. Then the trip to the north by Air, visiting the historic towns of Ethiopia. It all worked out beautifully, the car was in excellent condition, not a single problem, the driver was most reliable and careful, the guide was a very well educated man who gave us precious information about everything we asked about. The domestic flights were perfect, safe and on time! Everybody was helpful and trustworthy. It could not have been better, the time table was kept to the perfection. We even had some free times to improvise as we wanted sometimes to add some stops here and there. We don't know anyone who had been to #Ethiopia, we searching on Internet so were keeping our fingers crossed when we booked Bona Fide Ethiopia Tours on the strength of their web site and their responsive emails from their owner, Temesgen (Tommy). They were brilliant! They looked after us really well and made our trip easy, fascinating and really good fun. Temesgen helped us to planned our itinerary (and kept calm as we kept changing it until a week before we arrived). We really needed our hands holding on this holiday and Bona Fide Ethiopia Tours were great local Tour Operator. Very comfortable recently model Toyota 4x4s too, for all the long drives.
