Liubov was always in contact- even before our arrival - she was there to help if we needed it and give advice.

She was very punctual for our appointment although there was a blizzard outside.

It was not an ideal day for sightseeing and we soon ended up in a cafe . Liuboov was always charming and helpful.

Liuba's knowledge of the city was excellent and her willingness to do everything the make my trip to St Petersburg a complete success has never been matched by any other tour guide since. I have recommended Liuba to friends and would certainly use her again. 

My wife and I first got to meet Liubov in 2004 during a two day cruise stop in St. Petersburg. Liubov was our tour guide for both days. We chose a personal tour guide because my wife, Joy, had difficulty walking and  climbing stairs and most of the organized tours required a lot of walking and stairs.

Liubov tailored the tour to meet our special needs. We were very impressed by this young lady. Not just by her desire to provide a good tour experience, but also by her depth of knowledge about just everything topic relating to St. Petersburgh. Having her as our guide made our visit to St. Petersburg memorable and special.

At the end of the two days, we had become friends and have stayed in touch with her for the past 12 years!!  We strongly recommend Liubov.
