My wife and I visited South Africa for the first time this past fall and we were connected with Kirsten through our travel agency for the Cape Town leg of our trip. We just absolutely loved our time with Kirsten; he is incredibly knowledgable not only on SA but Sub-Saharan Africa as well. This was especially great during our commute between sites. We even visited some of his favorite local spots which added a nice touch and made our trip feel less "touristy."

We spent two full days with Kirsten and saw Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, several beach towns, the penguins at Boulders Beach, and the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden. These were pretty packed days, so if you're looking to do more you may need an additional day. We will be recommending Kristen to our friends and family. Thanks Kirsten!

We met Kirsten in December in Cape town during our family New Year's trip to South Africa. Our travel agent reccomended him by simply saying - " He's an amazing guide, you'll see". And so we saw) We travel a lot worldwide and I should say that by far he’s probably the best guide I ever met. It was a real pleasure to spend the day with him. He’s just amazing with kids too. Kirsten took us on a tour to Addo Elephant National Park. I met Kirsten on tour in Cape Town in May 2016 and coming back to SA in Januray 2017 for work I had thie idea to stay a couple of more days and asked Kirsten to propose a tour for 3 of us. We had no idea what to do in the limited time. Kirsten was amazing in designing and oganizing a tailor-made unique tour which maximized fully our experience . He excelled completely our expectation, meeting our taste and style but also adding so much on top with his passion, friendliness, knowledge and big heart. The places he took us around were fantastic, the accomodation he chose very special and extremely remarkarble and the conversations and the shared knowledge so valuable. He took us to places off the beaten path ( beache,s forrests, mountains) , showing us hidden gems and telling us unique stories and facts. Kirsten ist very enthusiastic and tailors the days based on our preferences and wishes. He truly loves what he does and we felt so blessed to habe him. Kirsten is very well organized, well- connected, profesionall, we felt always safe and comfortable and  at the same time he always adds a spark of magic touch  to all we experienced.
