Alan is in my opinion an excellent tour guide who is very passionate about his job. He made the tour interesting and funny from start to finish and knew the details very well and was able to answer any questions that I had during the tour. I also took a trip to maynooth castle where Alan works and got a guided tour, which was very interesting as I didn't know much about the castle up to then. I would definitely recommend Alan to anyone interested in taking a tour of Maynooth or Dublin :)

Alan was the guide on my trip to Maynooth Castle. When you look at the castle it is hard to imagine how important it was, not just to the history of Ireland, but to the history of the British Isles. However, Alan brought the history of the castle and its occupants to life. He has a genuine interest in history and this passion comes through on his tours.
