One day is no enough with Jason, my family and Ihad great time learning and visiting unique placesand tasting different cultures with him.

Today I talked with my students in the University about Jason and how we all learned a lot in few hours. Next time I will plan more time with him.

"Excellent " is the only appropriate word to describe the service Jason provided to us during our tour. Constantly patient, well-humored, and outmost informative , Jason tailors your Kuala-Lumpur tour according to your interests,  always ready to provide insights and new typical experiences if you are up to it and interested in the cultural exchange. 

His historical, political and even religious insights were steadily outmost empathic and respectful in nature. Explaining a country where so many  cultures and religions come together is definitely not an easy task. Jason demonstrates his proficiency and professionalism as a guide by always taking a respectful and neutral, non-judgmental description of facts, finely differentiating between what is believed, written, known, and just rumored. Jason made it possible for us to get to know places, experience tastes and places, and meet people, we would have never been able to, as normal tourists making the tour on our own. Last but not least, we had all ages in the group (10, 15, 25, 40+ and 50+ years old), and absolutely no one found themselves bored or unattended. Again, excellent. My family just loved him. 

Our  journey through Asia didn't end in Kuala-Lumpur, but we have been missing him ever since. He had the motto “I always ensure there are no unpleasant surprises for my guests”. Since we left Kuala-Lumpur and started other tours, we have learned to appreciate what he meant by this in all sorts of ways. We thank him once again for his honesty and hospitality.

We came as guests and are glad to be leaving as friends. We wish him and his family all the best.

I requested a one-day birding trip around Kuala Lumpar and not many guides were interested in. There were a couple who responded but they were all non-birding proposals. Jason was the only guide with a relevant proposal. If not for his timely response, I would have given up altogether. Communication with him has been effortless, smooth and always clear. So after weeks of anticipation, when I packed for my travel, I somehow managed to leave my binoculars behind! Jason again came to my help: not only did he provide trustworthy sellers, when I didn't manage to buy a new pair, he brought his good spare bins for me and my family. While he is an excellent birder himself, he brought his mentor on the tour for added fun, humour, style and spice. I am particularly impressed by his sincerity, sense of humour, readiness to help and breadth of knowledge. It was a wonderful trip. I couldn't have wished for more.  Above and beyond. Looking forward to doing more tours with Jason in the future.
