We went to the Phillipines and China with Janin. It way pure fun, he really knows his way around.

Janin was informative, very correct in very very resourcefull. He took care of sleeping arangements (searched on site for best offers), had lots of info about history etc. So you don't have do do nothing unless you want to. Traveling with him was very easy going. No hassle, no stress and yet the freedom like you have traveling alone since he always talks with the group about plans and whishes. He know how to talk to locals, bargain with taxi drivers and his many years of travelling the world are noticable in practically every situation. It seems nothing can catch him "off guard". I would definetlly recomend him as tour guide.

At some point I just wanted to go somewhere far. Didn't want to take the first step by myself so I found this group of travelers that wanted to go to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand and they decided to ask Janin to guide. Janin was able to answers many questions that we had on our route so I guess he prepared himself for the route. It's great if you can have a beer or two while Janin was searching for the best place to sleep. He can also be just crazy enough so we were able to do some crazy but fun things.
