In January 2018 our guide Simon Njoroge tripped with us 10 days in Kenya, in Nairobi and to several national parks in the country.

Simon dealt with all the plannings and practical musts for the whole journey so that we could just feel safe, relax and enjoy every single moment of the trip. He booked us in to very nice places and gave us different alternatives/choices during the planning process.

If we spontaneously wanted to do or experience something along the trip, Simon kindly made sure we could! He made us getting the best nuts and coffee beans to bring back home, he - on his own initiative - stopped at different places to take photos of us for us to bring home, he explained what to avoid and what to try and he made sure we got the best out of every part of the trip!

Simon is an excellent guide and knowledgeable about the wild animals and surroundings which makes the experiences so unique and memorable! The fact that he also knows a lot about different cultures and traditions, makes the trip very valuable. We got taught a lot about the local lives. With Simon we didn’t feel like  needing a guide book! And don’t be surprised if you get to laugh a lot during the journey and also know some Swahili after the journey as Simon is a good teacher. All this, on top of being a very competent and safe driver!

Simon is social, polite, funny, helpful, easy-going and caring and we are just so happy that we got to spend the days city touring and on safari with him! 

We can’t recommend Simon highly enough and we will for sure hire Simon for new adventures next time!

Lots of years ago I went on a safari with my former husband.

We spend the night in Nairobi, to be picked up the next morning by two safari guides.

One of them was Simon. Simon was and is the best guide you ever wish. He knows a lot about the country, the animals and is a friendly and cheerful person. He now is my friend and everytime when I come back to Kenya I will visit him.
