Over 2 terrifically full and diversely rich days of exploration, we couldn't have been in safer hands than those of Mohammed. Quietly spoken and apparently reserved, we quickly engaged in meaningful dialogue and an 'ease' thereafter flowed. Mohammed's a proud Omani,  someone respectful of his country's traditions but 'open' to other cultures through his love of travel.  He appreciates you appreciating his country. He's intelligent and there's a straightforwardness about him. He's knowledgeable, he's understanding and he's also committed to delivering the very best experience for his clients. He takes the time and trouble to work out what you are about - likes, interests, dislikes, motivations etc - and from this vantage, he seeks out and goes the extra mile. Flexibility is Mohammed's secret ingredient alongside a genuine intent to inspire. He speaks fluent English, knows every Nook & Cranny of Dhofar and behind his at times serious facade has a wonderfully cheeky sense of humour. What better occasion than watching Morocco beating Portugal on the Salalah streets could there have been to bring all this to life...! And afterwards, a typical Omani feast of camel & goat before being whisked back to the airport. A first class Guide who I highly recommend.
