Veronica is truly a most special guide.  We had one gray sprinkling day to see the best of Quito with our private tour for a family of 5, including kids (17, 15, 11).

Her communication was always impeccable and quick, before our arrival, all during our stay in Ecuador (and later the Galopagos) and even after the trip.  She helped make the whole trip easy. 

Veronica has a fun, warm personality.  The tour was flexible as it should be based on the weather.  It was a great first day in country.  She knew which places were open when, the timing to avoid crowds and delay.  The time spent at the Chocolate place is still one of our top memories of Ecuador.
