Sunnova travel agency exceeded my expectations.  The price was reasonable, the vehicle was clean and in very good condition. The driver and guide went above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable. They were flexible to accommodate our timings and sites.  Of course, it comes from Sunnova.  What I liked most was Sunnova was very flexible, very responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.  For example, we realized, we may need mobile wifi.  We requested Sunnova if they can help us.  Sunnova could have easily directed us to a rental agency, but they bought a mobile wifi device at their own cost and loaded it with 100 GB data.  I had to only pay for the data.  That is excellent customer service.  When our balloon ride got cancelled in Cappadocia, they could book us the next day.  I would say that is going above and beyond.  I don't have enough words to praise and give credit to Sunnova.  They made our trip hasslefree.

Mr Ali Can, indeed is very knowledgeable about history, nice, well organised & prepared & courteous. My friend and I experienced all elements during our stay for this trip, from mountain view in Uzungol, tea plantation in Rize overlooking stunning view and next to river in Rize. We enjoyed all good food and delicacies. Since we’re female traveller, we felt safe and welcomed to this Black Sea Region (Uzungol-Rize-Trabzon).
