I have been several days in Angola, working, and I wanted to know a little bit more of the country. I contacted Marta and she sent a proposal to travel during the Easter break. I travelled with Marta and a driver to Calandula to visit the Calandula Falls (they are the largest in Africa after Victoria falls) and the following day to visit Pedras Negras (which reminded me of the Tepuyes formations in Venezuela). The trip is quite long (8 hours by car) and the road is not great. Nevertheless, you get a better understanding of the country.  On Sunday we visited the Miradouro da Lua (Moon Lookout), the Museo da Escravatura, the Military Museum and several government buildings.

Marta knows very well how to coordinate the trip and knows everybody involved. Hence, everything went pretty smoothly, It will be very interesting if she can share more historical knowledge about the country in general.
