Originally from Namibia, I grew up in Cape Town and started my professional life as a Geography teacher.After ten years, I decided to switch careers - and to do something I really love - sharing Southern Africa with others.So, together with my partner, Jeremy, I formed a bespoke travel company, Africa Outing, and the rest is, as they say, history.I have been a tour guide since 1997, and am registered to guide throughout South Africa.I have also led tours in all of our neighbouring countries - including my homeland - and am never happier than when out there in the real Africa.I am a passionately proud South African!
