DAY 01

ROME – SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO (PADRE PIO)

  • After clearance of immigration and collection of baggage; meet up with our Rep and then transfer to San Giovanni Rotondo.

  • Visit the shrine of St Padre Pio. 

  • After Padre, we transfer to the hotel.

Overnight stay in Rome (D).

DAY 02

SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO (PADRE PIO) – LANCIANO – ROME

  • After breakfast, check out of the hotel.

  • Transfer to Lanciano to visit the miracle of the Eucharistic that dates back to the eighth century.

  • Then, transfer to Rome. Meet up with our English speaking Tour Escort.

  • Proceed for a city tour: the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum (outside view), the monument of Victor Emanuel II. 

  • Transfer to Vatican City the smallest state in the world (Shorts or Sleeveless vests not allowed). Visit St. John Lateran, one of the major Basilicas, the 'Scala Sancta' (Holy Stairs) located across the street where you may climb the same steps Our Lord climbed on the way to see Pontius Pilate, and then walked down the park to 'Santa Croce in Gerusalemme'(Holy Cross of Jerusalem) where incredible relics can be found (fragments of the Holy Cross, one Nail, part of the inscription INRI, two thorns from the Crown of Thorns, fragments of the pillar of the scourging and of the rock of the Holy Sepulcher). We owe these beautiful relics, including the Holy Stairs, to St. Helena, the mother of Rome's first Christian Emperor, Constantine.

  •  Transfer to the hotel.

DAY 03

ROME - VATICAN with PAPAL AUDIENCE (Only wednesday)

  • Enter St. Peter's Square for Papal Audience (Subject to availability of “His Holiness”). Visit St. Peter’s Basilica, if possible celebrate the Holy Mass at St. Peter’s tomb.

  • Visit the tomb of John Paul the second.

  • Proceed to explore the Vatican Museum.

  • After the museum tour, transfer to the hotel.

DAY 04

ROME – ASSISI – Pisa

  • Check out from hotel and transfer to Assisi. Assisi is the land of St. Francis and St. Clare. Visit the 'Porziuncula' (the first Franciscan house), the place of his death and the thorn-less rose garden.

  • Visit the Basilica of St. Francis, including the tombs of St. Francis and his disciples. The Lower and Upper Basilicas are filled with world famous frescoes that depict the lives of Jesus and St. Francis, as well as other saints.

  • Take a relaxed rosary walk with the Tour Director, visiting other important sights such as the remains of St. Clare and the famous Cross of San Damiano.

  • Transfer to Pisa, the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

  • Transfer to Hotel.

DAY 05

PISA – VENICE - PADOVA

  • Transfer to Padua.

  • Visit the famous basilica of St. Anthony in Padua. The original St. Anthony of Padua Church was built in 1725 by the local Italian community of Istanbul but was later demolished and replaced with the current building which was constructed on the same location. The current St. Anthony of Padua was built between 1906 and 1912 in the Venetian Neo-Gothic style.

  • Proceed to the pier and board a private boat to the heart of the traditional city of Venice. Explore St. Mark's Square and visit St. Mark's Basilica. Also, visit the Murano glass showroom.

  • Transfer to Hotel.

DAY 06

PADOVA - MILAN - Zurich (SWITZERLAND)

  • Transfer to Milan. Visit the Duomo Cathedral. The biggest and greatest example of Gothic architecture in Italy, it is the fourth largest cathedral in the world. Built between 1386 and 1577, it hosts the world's largest collection of marble statues.

  • Proceed to Switzerland. There is no substitute to Switzerland in the entire world neither its beauty nor its charm can be compared with any place on the earth. Shimmering glaciers, snow-capped mountains, gorgeous blue lakes, amazing views of the rolling hills, picturesque landscapes, lush meadows, beautiful villages and the glamorous cities are very enticing which leave you spell bound on your visit to this picturesque hill country.

  • Transfer to Hotel.

DAY 07

Zurich - ENGELBERG

  • Proceed to visit Mt. Titles with Ice Flyer. At 10,000 feet, Mount Titles is Central Switzerland's loftiest peak exuding snow and ice that's visually stunning. DAY 08

Zurich - Rhine falls - Black Forest - STUTTGART (GERMANY)

  • Proceed to the Rhine falls to watch the waters of the Rhine River. Do boat rides.

  • Then, proceed to the Black Forest, see Cuckoo clocks.

  • Depart from the Black Forest and proceed for Stuttgart City Tour.

  • Explore the Mercedes-Benz Museum, an automobile museum in Stuttgart, Germany that covers the history of the Mercedes-Benz brand and the brands associated with it.

  • Transfer to Hotel.

DAY 09

STUTTGART (GERMANY) - Amsterdam (NetherlandS)

  • After breakfast,  proceed to Amsterdam is the Netherlands’ capital, known for its artistic heritage, elaborate canal system and narrow houses with gabled facades, legacies of the city’s 17th-century Golden Age. 

  • On arrival, go for Amsterdam city tour.

  • Transfer to Hotel.

Dinner and overnight in Amsterdam (B, L, D).

DAY 10

Amsterdam - Brussels (Belgium) - Paris

  • After breakfast, proceed to Brussels for Brussels City tour.

  • After the tour, proceed to Paris.

  • In the evening, continue with scenic Seine River Cruise rides. 

  • Dinner at restaurant with city views.

DAY 11

PARIS

  • After check out from the hotel, proceed for a city tour.

DAY 12

PARIS – LOURDES

  • After breakfast, proceed to Lourdes.

  • Visit Lourdes, the famous Catholic pilgrimage center, located in the South West of France at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains. The Virgin Mary appeared to a 14-year-old girl, Bernadette. Lourdes today welcomes more than 5 million visitors annually from 150 countries. 

  • Visit the three main Basilicas, pray at the Grotto and drink water from the miraculous spring.

  • Visit Scare Coeur to see the Baptismal font where St. Bernadette was baptized.

  • After Lourdes city tour, proceed for lunch.  Then, there will be some free time for religious activities & shopping.

  • St Padre Pio:  The shrine of St Padre Pio in San Giovanni Rotondo is the second most visited Catholic Shrine in the World. It centers around the tomb of Saint Padre Pio of Pietrelcina, a Capuchin priest and mystic known for his devotion to God. He died in 1968 and was declared a saint in 2002. One can also see his cell, his confessional and the crucifix from which he received the stigmata.
