Day 1: Bulawayo to Khami Ruins to Great Zimbabwe Ruins expand_more
Leave Bulawayo at 09:00 am and drive to Khami Ruins, which the Shona people built after the fall of the Great Zimbabwe Ruins. It is a spectacular stone structure building located about 25 kilometres from Bulawayo.
The tour guide will lead you to the hill complex and different sections of the ruins till to the Portuguese cross.
Explore the Khami River, the only water source in the area.
After lunch, depart Khami ruins and head to Great Zimbabwe ruins, located about 30 km outside Masvingo town.
Arrive at Great Zimbabwe just before dark.
Set up camp depending on the type of accommodation you opt for.
If you are in a hotel/lodge, check in overnight.

Day 2: The Great Zimbabwe Ruins to Naletale Ruins expand_more
After breakfast, the tour guide will take you on a tour of the Great Zimbabwe ruins. This tour will take approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Great Zimbabwe ruins are unique both historically and naturally. This adventurous tour takes you to witness the great wonders that the Shona people built. The name of country had been named after this historical feature - “Dzimbadzemabwe”, which means the house of stones.
After mid-morning, depart for Naletale ruins, located near Gweru town.
Arrive in Naletale in the afternoon and explore the ruins with the tour guide who will take you around these beautiful ruins up to the top, where the view is very nice.
Late in the afternoon, finish the 2-day tour with a drop-off in Bulawayo for those who want to catch a train to Victoria.
