Explore the diverse and vibrant legislative capital city of South [sensitive content]art off getting a birds-eye view of the city from the top of the world-renowned Table Mountain.Head down to the city and explore the cultural and historical aspects of the city before taking in the fresh ocean air at the Waterfront.
DAY 01
Cape Town
8:00 AM Pick up from Accommodation
8:30 AM Head to Table Mountain to try to get ahead of the crowds.
Take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain.
Do a short walk at the top exploring the diverse fauna and flora at the top of the mountain as well as enjoying the different perspectives of the breathtaking views of Cape Town.
Head back down the Cable Car.
11:00 AM Head to Bo-Kaap and explore the historic Cape Malay suburb, with its multicoloured houses.
12:00 PM Explore the Company Gardens, the oldest gardens in South Africa. (There are multiple museums in the area if interested. The highly recommended one is the Iziko South African Museum.)
15:00 PM Visit the City Centre. With several interesting and quirky shops as well as a walk-through Greenmarket Square. Also, an area full of history.
16:00 Finish off the day at the V&A Waterfront. The Watershed Market is a worthwhile visit.
17:00 Drop off at Accommodation
