DAY 01
Road Tripping Through the Little Karoo
Start the with a road trip through majestic Little Karoo, a semi-desert region, with your South African tour guide. The route takes you through several amazing and diverse farming regions, including the world's longest wine route known as Route 62.
Pass through beautiful country towns, where time appears to have stood still.
The first destination is Oudtshoorn, also known as Ostrich Capital of South Africa. Here, you will have the option to visit the Cango Caves, a wildlife ranch and/or a working ostrich farm.
Overnight stay in Oudtshoorn.

Continue toward the coast, to the historic town of Knysna, surrounded by the largest natural estuary in South Africa - incidentally home to an endemic sea horse.
Relax, take a boat trip to the famous "Knysna Heads" (the narrow entrance to the estuary), or go hiking in ancient indigenous forests.
If you are lucky, you might spot the elusive Knysna forest elephants. Knysna is also very well known for its home-grown oysters - definitely a dining experience not to be missed!

Several activities can be arranged en route, including the following: A boat-based whale watching experience, (May to November), walk with Elephants, (getting close and personal with these gentle giants), Monkey Land (a primate sanctuary), Jukani, (a wildlife sanctuary) Birds of Eden. (A birders Paradise) or an incredible walk through the indigenous forests.
DAY 04
