Description

Spend a full day of leisurely driving around the Cape Peninsula at your own pace. Start the drive along the  Atlantic Seaboard, visiting Hout Bay, travelling via the most scenic cliff drive in Africa known as Chapman's Peak, and arriving at the Cape of Good Hope.

    • Leave the hotel at the arranged time and drive along the Atlantic seaboard.

    • Arrive in Hout Bay (fishing village); take a boat ride to Duiker Island (Seal colony).

    • Drive to Chapman's peak (most scenic coastal drive in Africa).

    • En route to Cape Point, drive through the seaside villages of Misty Cliffs and Scarborough.

    • On arrival at Cape Point, have lunch (on the clients account).

    • After lunch, drive down to Cape of Good Hope (South-western most point on the African continent).

    • Thereafter, drive to Boulders Penguin Colony to get a look at these flightless birds.

    • Later, head back via Muizenberg and Boyes Drive, and have an interaction with one of the shark spotters on duty ( a program where rangers are stationed on the mountain to protect beachgoers from shark attacks).

    • Return to hotel or passenger liner.

    End of tour.

  • Baboons are wild animals, so please do not feed them, or eat or keep food open around them
