1 Day Nature tour itinerary for Cape Town: Go Wild In The Western Cape
Head to a private game reserve to encounter Africa's endangered animals on a guided safari. Continue to Saldhana Bay to enjoy birdlife with panoramic views and sample local wine before heading back to V&A Waterfront.
Buffelsfontein Game Reserve
Depart from V&A Waterfront at 06:30 am to a private game reserve, located in the heart of the West Coast, home to some of Africa’s most revered and endangered animals: lions, buffaloes, White Rhino, giraffes, cheetahs, Caracal, and Blue Wildebeest.
Have breakfast at 07:30 am.
At 09:00, depart on your guided game drive conducted by a professional Cape Town (South African) nature guide.
Return to the lodge in the game reserve and have lunch.
Head to the Saldanha Bay area to see the magnificent birdlife and scenery.
Taste wine at one of the lookout points.
Get back to V&A Waterfront by 06:00 pm.
Transport in an open safari vehicle to and from the Game Reserve.
Coffee and rusks at halfway stop; breakfast, lunch and wine tasting.
