DAY 01

V&A Waterfront - Cape Wheel

  • Upon arrival in the wonderful city, the guests will be taken to their luxury hotel to freshen up before having a day at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

V&A Waterfront

  • Situated between Robben Island and Table Mountain in the heart of Cape Town's working harbour, the V&A Waterfront has become South Africa's most visited destination. Set against a backdrop of magnificent sea and mountain views, exciting shopping and entertainment venues are intermingled with imaginative office locations, world-class hotels and luxury apartments. The Waterfront is the heart of the tourist industry in Cape Town.

Cape Wheel

  • Experience Spectacular Cape Town Views from the Cape Wheel - a giant observation wheel that offers a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view of Cape Town from the iconic and vibrant V&A Waterfront. Your viewing experience across the Mother City includes Table Mountain, Robben Island, Cape Town City skyline, Paarl Mountains, and the Cape Town Stadium. The Cape Wheel offers 30 fully enclosed air-conditioned cabins that will take you 40 meters above the ground in safety and comfort on the 12 - 15 minute, 4 revolution ride. The wheel also offers two wheelchair friendly and accessible cabins.

Waterfront Private Champagne Cruise

  • The Waterfront offers a number of different boat trips, however, for this occasion, a catamaran cruise will be arranged for a 2 hour champagne cruise off the bay, perfect for sundowners and to welcome in the evening before enjoying a fabulous dinner at one of the many world-class restaurants.

DAY 02

Cape Peninsula

  • Start your tour with a scenic drive along the Atlantic Seaboard.

  • Travel via Sea Point and Camps Bay to the fishing village of Hout Bay for an exhilarating boat trip to Seal Island (weather permitting).

  • Continue to Cape Point through Chapman's peak (if open), where the romantic notion that this is where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet draws thousands of visitors every year. The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve is recognised globally for its spectacular beauty, rich biodiversity, animal and birdlife, historic lighthouses and shipwrecks.

  • Enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant before moving on to the historic naval base of Simon's Town. This is a village rich in history and character, with its penguin and seal colonies, fishing and birdlife, and quaint architecture.

  • Drive back to Cape Town along the coastline passing many seaside towns, then visit the world-renowned Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden which boasts only indigenous South African plants and is set against the eastern slopes of Table Mountain.

  • Return to your hotel to freshen up before meeting up for dinner … another culinary delight!

DAY 03

Table Mountain - RobbenIsland

Table Mountain

  • Without a doubt, it is Table Mountain that makes Cape Town the unique city it is. Rising up over 1000m above sea level, it is the icon that makes Cape Town instantly recognizable. It is a symbol, a playground, A spiritual retreat and a big drawcard for tourists. So intertwined with the identity of Cape Town is Table Mountain that a visit to the city isn’t complete without having walked or taken the cable car to the top.

Signal Hill

  • For awesome views of Table Mountain, the City, the harbour, Waterfront, 2010 Stadium, the suburbs of Green Point & Sea Point and sunsets.

Robben Island

  • Robben Island was once an inconspicuous throwback reserved for high profile prisoners of the Apartheid regime. Nowadays, it’s an island monument recognizing iconic struggle heroes such as Madiba and Walter Sisulu. The island was brought to the world’s attention when struggle leader Nelson Mandela was released in the early ’90s after serving more than two decades for the crime of speaking out against the apartheid government. Today, Robben Island is a UNESCO World Heritage Site –acting as a museum as well as a reminder of the price Madiba paid for the freedom of democracy.

DAY 04


Castle of Good Hope

  • The Castle of Good Hope is the oldest surviving building in South Africa. Built between 1666 and 1679, this pentagonal fortification replaced a small clay and timber fort built by Commander Jan van Riebeeck in 1652 upon establishing a maritime replenishment station at the Cape of Good

  • Hope for the Dutch East India Company, better known as the VOC (Verenigde Oos-Indische Compagnie). Here, the Noon Gun announces the arrival of 12 noon.

  • Continue to the colourful suburb of Bo Kaap which was exclusively for coloured Muslims during the Colonial and Apartheid times and today, this group still makes up the majority of residents. The quaint cobbled streets, the museum, the authentic purveyors of Cape cuisine and Cape Town’s oldest spice emporium are all worth a visit.

  • Finally, stretch your legs with a walk through the Company Gardens. Home to historic buildings, museums, places of worship and art galleries, it is also simply known as the Cape Town Gardens.

  • The final stretch of the tour continues with a drive past the Houses of Parliament, and the City Hall.

  • Return to the Hotel, freshen up before meeting for sundowners and enjoying yet another world-class dinner.
