- 11 AM or 5 PM- Get picked up from your hotel or meeting point. After collecting all the members, our guide will present some Vietnamese greetings and basic phrases during the tour so that we can feel the local life living.
- Our tour guide will also discuss if any member of the group is allergic or not before starting the tour and introduce you to Vietnamese cuisine, Vietnamese (Hanoian) history, and culture while touring.
- Today our topic is street food and eating like local, so our restaurants or food stores are main on the street side, on corners or even in alleys. They all are tasty and well sellected that you might miss if you go by yourself.
- We will have a chance to try a variety of local street foods and drinks such as Bún chả (Grilled pork with noodles), Phở bò,gà (Beef, chicken noodle soup), Bún ốc (Snail noodle soup), Bánh cuốn (Steamed rice papper rolls), Bánh gối (Pillow cake), Nem rán (Fried spring rolls), Bánh tôm (Shrimp cake), Bánh Mỳ (Vietnamese sandwich), Chè (Sweet gruel soup), Bánh Bao (Vietnamese dumpling), Bánh khoai, chuối (Sweet potato, Banana cake), Hoa quả dầm (Mixture fresh-fruit), Bia Hơi (Fresh beer), Trà đá (Iced tea), Café trứng (Egg coffee).
- The tour will end at Hoan Kiem Lake or anywhere convenient for tourists to return, and tour guides will show them how to get back to their hotels/hostels.
