Description

Ride a bike to visit small villages of Vietnam which cannot be reached by motor vehicle or boat. Experience the village life, meet people, kids, friendly locals, hospitalities, and explore their cultures. Try the local cuisines and juicy fruits, stop anywhere as you wish, and enjoy photography on your way to the amazing delta of Vietnam. 

  • Day 1: Saigon – Mytho – Home stay (L, D) expand_more

    • Leave at 8 a.m. for Mekong Delta. Enjoy 1.5 hours journey to the peaceful Mekong countryside, where you start biking to explore these idyllic landscapes.

    • Bicycle through many colourful Dragon fruit orchards, passing beautiful and green paddy fields with the Vietnamese biking tour guide.

    • Stop at a local restaurant for lunch. 

    • Enjoy 2 hrs—bike riding into the countryside trail to Caibe township.

    • Board on the boat to Binh Hoa Phuoc Island for the first night.

          Overnight at local homestay.

          Cycling distance: 30 – 40 km

  • Day 2: Vinh Long – Tra vinh (B, L, D) expand_more

    • Have breakfast at the homestay. 

    • Arrive in Cholach township at noontime for lunch.

    • Spend time learning about the local's plant and care for the bonsai trees, making this place famous for ornamental. 

    • Enjoy long-distance biking along Co Chien River, one of the branches of the Mekong river. 

    • Arrive in Tra Vinh in the late afternoon. 

         Overnight in Tra Vinh. 

        Cycling distance: 50 – 60 km

  • Day 3: Travinh - Cantho city. ( B/L/D) expand_more

    • Take time to see some pagodas in this town. Tra Vinh is the homeland of the Khmer minority (Cambodian), where most of them follow original Buddhism (Theravada). 

    • Enjoy long-distance cycling to the most beautiful country road in the Delta with rice fields on both sides. 

          Overnight in Can Tho city.

         Cycling distance: 70 – 90km

  • Day 4: Can Tho - Saigon. ( B/L) expand_more

    • Ride a boat to see the biggest Floating Market in the Mekong, where traders and farmers sell and buy all seasonal fruits which create, the unique picture and culture in the Delta. 

    • Take off from the boat for more cycling on a peaceful village road to enjoy delta scenery. 

    • Head back to Saigon in the late afternoon. 

          Cycling distance: 30 – 40 km
