Starts around 9:00 in the morning in Taksim square. Istiklal avenue is surrounded by late Ottoman era buildings. Historical consulate buildings (former embassies before 1923) of several nations including France, Greece, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom are lined alongside the street.

Visit Galata Tower which will give us a panoramic view of the Old City, Golden Horn and Bosphorus. Here you can take photos and enjoy Turkish coffee or tea.

Lunch in a Restaurant offering Turkish Cuisine or you can try the Fish bread in Eminönü where the fish (mackerel) is directly grilled on the boat and then put in a half-bread, served  with some salad and onions. 

At 2.30 pm. Get on the cruise from Eminönü and sail along side the shores of the Bosphorus. Dolmabahçe Palace and Çırağan Palace located on the European shore while summer palace Beylerbeyi palace is on the Asian turf. Architecture of 18th and19th century YaliI's (waterside wodden Ottoman Houses) will attract our attention.
