Madrid is much more than a metropolis, and this we discover during this (electric) cycling tour.

We start at Matadero on the south side of the city, and cycle to one of the nearby train stations where we, along with our bikes, take a local train to the utmost northern limit of the city. There we hop on our bikes and discover the green side of Madrid. We follow the ‘anillo verde’, or the green ring of cycling lanes that surround Madrid. Passing the suburbs we reach the stream that further on converts in the Manzanares river that passes the southwest of the city. From there we enter the former hunting grounds of the royals, the Casa de Campo, before ending the tour cycling through the latest addition to the many parks of Madrid: Madrid Río.
