I am a licensed tour guide as well as a wine and olive oil sommelier. I live in the sunny and windy Salento: the southern and peninsular part of the region. It is the Eastern Italian region, right in the middle of the Mediterranean sea with culture and traditions that are a result of the different influences, trades, and dominations.
