Around 100 km northwest of Shanghai is the town of Suzhou, known for its beautiful gardens. Since the Song Dynasty, the town has been an important hub for the country's silk industry. Being a watertown, it also consists of canals and bridges. You will visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, the most popular one amongst the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You will learn interesting facts about the garden.
If time permits, you will also have the opportunity to visit Tiger Hill and Suzhou Museum.
