Instructions

Arrive at the meeting spot (main entrance of the Alcázar, on Plaza del Triunfo, next to the Monument to the Immaculate) 10 minutes prior to the booked slot. Meet your guide from Oway Tours here, and show them your smartphone ticket. You will recognise them by their blue umbrella.

The English tour starts at 15:00, the Spanish tour at 13:00
