The sellers will describe the making of and the unique procedures behind the fabulous and most famous sweet treat.

This is a delicious, creamy, espresso coffee frozen dessert, which you can find only in Genoa, a refreshing treat during summers. You will also have the opportunity of visiting one of the oldest chocolate and ice cream factories in Genoa, established in 1866.

We will also visit the historic center of Genoa. First traveling by public transport and then on foot, you will see the oldest sites in the city where you will admire the imposing façade of the cathedral of San Lorenzo, the Palace of the Doge, and the narrow steep medieval alleys, called Genoese Caruggi. Walking across the city center, you will see the amazing interiors of the city's churches and other notable places like UNESCO World Heritage Sites from 2006. 

We will also see Piazza De Ferrari, the main square since the unification of Italy, the main medieval gate, Porta Soprana, and the near-by Casa di Colombo (Columbus' house).
