Stop at Federal, a small village with its own special appeal. Then, head to the magnificent Minyon Falls where a 50-metre walk on a boardwalk will give you a spectacular view. Take some time to relax at the blissful Crystal Castle and discover the character and quirkiness of Mullumbimby. Finally, stroll around the relaxed and pretty village of Brunswick Heads. She shares her knowledge of the natural and human history of the area with a unique blend of humour and passion for the environment. She is the only land-based guide in this region with Advanced Ecotourism certification and she has won gold for eco-tourism in last year’s regional tourism awards. Wendy knows where to go to get the best wildlife experience, avoid the crowds (or find them if that’s what you are after) and she can tell you where to buy the best sushi in the shire. She loves trivia, comedy, and good food. When she is not guiding, you will find her kayaking, hiking, planting trees, or supporting local live entertainment and community events.
