I also hope to give you a window into the culinary & cultural heritage of India. From rich flavourful curries like butter chicken to aromatic rice and a wide variety of healthy and tasty Indian bread, you will learn about time-honored cooking techniques and the subtle nuances that can make all the difference. All of the recipes will be delicious, made to your spice preference, and, most of all, easy to replicate at home.
Learn about the spices of Indian cuisine and different cooking techniques, and you will soon be able to whip up Indian dishes in your own kitchen.

Vegetarian Recipe (Jeera Aloo) Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil (with high burn point & no taste of its own)
- Boiled & Peeled potatoes (2 cups)
- Cilantro/Coriander Leaves (2 tbsp chopped fine)
- Ginger (4 thin slices - each 1 inch long)
- 1 Serrano pepper/any hot pepper (chopped fine)

- Raw Mango Powder (or keep 1 teaspoon lemon juice as a substitute)

Born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, to an Indian Air Force officer, I have been fortunate to traverse the scenic landscapes and experience the vibrant cultures of this continent-sized country India. Through my cooking classes, I aim to offer an experience that is local, real, fun, and teaches you skills that you can replicate at your home. I started teaching in my home studio in 2013. Today after 6 years, I have hosted over 6000 guests from around the world! I have also been featured in Lonely Planet Food Trails, DK Eyewitness, and other local & international publications.
