Description

Argentina’s cuisine is as diverse as its population. Being a country of immigrants, our gastronomy has been influenced by several cultures, especially Italian and Spanish. From this last one, we inherited the Empanadas, one of the most popular dishes among locals. They can be found all over the country, with some local variations that cause many states to fight against each other to define which one has the best.
In this unconventional live-streamed class taught by a professional tour guide, you will learn how to cook home-made empanadas. Along the process, we will not only share with you all of our secrets to prepare the tastiest empanadas but also lots of details about Argentina’s culinary culture and customs.
