  • Yellow lemon: 2 pieces
  • Egg (s): 3 pieces
  • Sugar powder: 150 gr
  • Sweet butter: 125 gr
  • Pour la meringue Italienne
  • White (s) of eggs: 3 pieces
  • Water: 7.5 cl
  • Sugar powder: 180 g
