Follow me in a nice virtual stroll away from the average sights of the main centre of Turin. Rather, this live streamed Online Experience focuses on the first western expansion of the city, outside the former baroque bastions, through the San Donato and Cit Turin boroughs of Torino, to discover the wonderful architecture that were realised between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century in Liberty Style.
In 1902, Torino held the First International Exposition of Modern Decorative Arts, opening the gates of Italy to the Art Nouveau design. The Liberty style is the Italian version of the Art Nouveau movement; local architects, such as Gottardo Gussoni, Annibale Rigotti, and Pietro Fenoglio, joined the new movement realising some of the finest Italian examples of this modern style such as the Casa Fenoglio-Lafleur, making Torino the Italian capital of the Liberty Style.

Marco Manino was born and raised in Turin, where he attended the local university and graduated in Foreign Language and Literature. After other job careers, in 2011, he decided to work in Tourism, obtaining the professional qualification and licence of Accompagnatore Turistico in the same year and Guida Turistica in 2014.
He really loves his job and feels lucky to be able to do it because it allows him to relive his city every day, to discover something new about it, and to show people from every corner of the world with different backgrounds, interests and sensibilities, how wonderful, albeit underestimated his hometown is.
Ardena Caramello is currently a tour guide and leader in Piedmont. She signed up for this job since it combines my love for travel and art. She loves her job and the city of Turin and would love to show it to you through my eyes and experience. Being an avid traveller, she knows what a traveller would expect while visiting Turin.
