Meet your tour guide at the cruise centre and board your bus for a short drive to the John Glen Commemorative Capsule for a quick photo session and learn about the historic splashdown just off the coast of Grand Turk.
Drive past the St Thomas Parish Church and stop at the historic lighthouse to learn about the Pirates history on Grand Turk.
Continue towards town and enjoy a narrated drive along historic Duke Street and a visit to the beautiful St. Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, built-in 1899, located on front street.
Visit the Turks and Caicos National Museum to see the exhibition and listen to the story of the molasses reef wreck, the oldest European shipwreck discovered in the Western Hemisphere (dated around 1505).
Make a stop at the salt house, (now closed) a tribute to Grand Turk salt raking past.
Return to the cruise centre.
