- Explore the ethnic quarters of Kampong Glam, Little India and Chinatown, where early immigrants to Singapore had created communities. Each tasting stop is always in an authentic local eatery or hawker centre for you to experience first-hand where the locals love to eat. As a bonus, you would get an opportunity to take a ride on the MRT with me, just like how the locals get around.
