Meet your Cusco tour guide at your hotel at 1 pm, after lunch and begin the city circuit. 

Visit the Cathedral. Its construction began in 1560, built on top of the Inca Wiracocha palace. This colonial monument is a marvel that expresses colonial architecture and its religious art, showing approximately 300 paintings from the Cusqueñan School painters.

See the Temple of the Sun or Qoricancha. Without a doubt, it is the most important sacred temple of the Inca Empire, as it shows the finest craftsmanship on its stones and the skilled pre-Columbian architecture. 

Walk for 15 minutes to the Cathedral of the Virgen of Asunción.

Continue your excursion riding a vehicle, on a 20-minute ride to the Archeological Site of Sacsayhuaman, the impressive construction built on megalithic engraved stones. Its architecture reflects the value and importance it had during Inca times. 

Proceed to Qenqo which means labyrinth. It was used as an Inca adoration centre for offerings and sacrifices.

Visit Puca Pucara (reddish fort) which was used as a fort. Its name is the result of the amount of iron on its land, which gives it a reddish colour.

Head towards the Tambomachay (temple of water), an adoration centre for the cult of water.

Return to the city of Cusco, with an impressive panoramic view along the way; with a detailed view of the city of Cusco.

Head that night to enjoy a typical regional dance show. It is included in the service (visit optional).
