4 Hours History tour itinerary for Lima: See Museo Larco And The House Of Aliaga
Come for this short tour of Peru's capital city for stories of ancient civilizations and cities. Make your way through the Larco Museum, the Cathedral of Lima, the Catacombs of San Francisco and marvel at the oldest mansion house at the House of Aliaga.
Touring around Miraflores, Barranco, Lima Center & Pueblo Libre

The tour usually begins in the tourist area of the Miraflores district, on the northern route to the city center. Here, you will see the main attractions including street attractions and street urban art with your Peruvian tour guide.
At the city center, we will see the Plaza Mayor, where the Government Palace and the Cathedral of Lima are located. At the right of the government palace, we will see the House of Aliaga - one of the oldest mansion houses in South America. Built in 1535, the year in which Lima - the City of the Kings was found, a visit to this place is a must!
Depending on the group, visit the Cathedral of Lima and the Catacombs of San Francisco, besides walking through its old streets.
At noon, go to the western part of Lima, towards the district of Pueblo Libre, where the Larco Museum is located.
Once inside, we will visit the Cafe del Museo, for some local snacks.
At the end of the afternoon, we will start touring the museum's rooms, making a chronological journey through the pre-Hispanic past on such a prestigious museum.
