Arrive in Cusco city and transfer to the train station.
Start your 12-hour Machu Picchu tour with a train ride to Aguas Calientes.
On arrival, take a bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu. It takes about forty minutes to reach the entrance.
Start trekking towards the main UNESCO world heritage site. Climb around 3000 steps to reach the top. There are numerous buildings ranging from baths and houses to temples and sanctuaries in this area.
