  • Day 1 : Arrive in Panama City - Sunday expand_more

    • Arrive at Tocumen International Airport (PTY) and transfer to your hotel in Panama City to prepare for the upcoming adventure.

    • Head to Miraflores Locks and the museum on the canal.

    • Follow the Panama Canal to Punta Culebra (owned by the Smithsonian) to see sloths, iguanas and some of Panama’s marine life while learning about the history of Panama, the canal, and the ships passing through.

    • Have lunch on the Amador Causeway with fantastic views of the city skyline before a final stop in the old town (Casco Viejo) for a tour that will take you back in time.

  • Day 2 : Portobelo - Monday expand_more

    • Snorkel in the Caribbean and enjoy zipline in the jungle. Discovered by Columbus, attacked by pirates and gateway to 1/3rd of the world’s gold, Portobelo is another UNESCO World Heritage Site that has to be seen!

  • Day 3 :Soberania - Tuesday expand_more

    • Visit the monkeys and the Indians and head to the hills! Soberania is full of wildlife and is a wonderful place to watch for monkeys, sloths, the Harpy Eagle and hundreds of bird species.

  • Day 4 : El Valle - Wednesday expand_more

    • After a welcome night in El Valle, take all morning to explore. Take a hike, go for a horse or bike ride, visit the market and waterfalls or relax.

    • After lunch, head to Santa Catalina.

  • Day 5 : Santa Catalina to Coiba - Thursday expand_more

    • While staying in Santa Catalina, visit Coiba. Otherwise known as the poor man’s Galapagos, Coiba is one of those hard to reach places that is worth the effort of getting there.

      • Optional activities available include:

        • Snorkelling or diving 

        • Kayaking

        • Fishing

        • Surfing

        • Relaxing on one of the world’s best surf beaches.




  • Day 6 : Boquete - Friday expand_more

    • Head out in the morning and drive to Boquete. Boquete is nestled into the mountains and is the adventure capital of Panama.

    • On the way, stop in Caldera to visit the hot springs and soak in the therapeutic waters.

  • Day 7 : Return to Panama City - Saturday expand_more

    • Enjoy a free day with a variety of options to choose from. Take a tour of a coffee plantation, zip line canopy tours, or hike to the continental divide or maybe a trip to the volcano. There is also rafting, kayaking, horseback riding and rock climbing.

    • Depart for Panama City that night or the next morning.

It is home to the Kuna Indians, and this trip is unlike any other. It gives you the chance to mingle with the Kuna on their coconut-covered islands, enjoy the beaches, learn about Kuna culture, and more.

  • Add on 2 – Want more beach time? Head to Bocas Del Toro, where you’ll experience a Caribbean vibe and pristine beaches. Maybe you’re up for a sailing trip throughout the islands, snorkelling among coral reefs, surfing, or a pick of many other day trip destinations. Party the night away at the best nightlife spot outside Panama City (featured on Discovery Channel’s Wild on Panama).
