Embark on a hiking excursion across the Dragon's Back Trail at Kuala Lapmpur's Tabur Hill, which is a part of the popular Klang Gates Quartz Ridge. This meandering path on the ridge of Dragon's Back is widely hailed as one of the region's best urban hikes. Tabur Hill (Malay: Bukit Tabur), at 369 m, is located near Kuala Lumpur. It is part of the Klang Gates Quartz Ridge and can be seen from the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). It is rated as the World’s Longest Quartz Ridge.

Start the hike from Klang Gates Village, at the back of Taman Melawati. Regular hikers take about 3-4 hour to complete the climb. The Gombak Forest Reserve and Klang Gates Dam are beside the hill.
Get to the peak that offers a great view of the dam, a panorama that is worth the hike.
