Go to the Subang Ria lakeside for a morning run. One round the lake is 1.15 km. After the run, enjoy a typical Malaysian breakfast with delicious Nasi Lemak, butter toast and locally-brewed coffee.

DAY 01

Program Itinerary

  • 6.30 am -Pick-up from Subang Jaya KTM train station or Kelana Jaya LRT station.

  • 6.45 am -Enjoy a warm-up jog.

  • 7.00 am - Go for a 5 km or 10 km run.

  • 8.45 am -Stop for breakfast.

  • 9.30 am- Head back to train/LRT station.

  • 25 USD Per Adult
  • Pick-up from the train/LRT station.

  • Mineral water.

  • Breakfast.

  • Pick-up from hotel.

  • I (Malaysian guide) will take guests to the Subang Ria lakeside for a morning run. One round around the lake is 1.15 km.
