Valletta – with it’s palaces and churches. One will be able to visit one important Museum/Site – St. John’s Cathedral with the Caravaggio paintings or the War Museum which has one span the long military history of the island. (This depending on wish and/or factors affecting visits).
The Upper Barrakka Garden – with the view of the Grand Harbour and the ‘Three Cities’ – one of which – Vittoriosa one will be visiting.
Vittoriosa
Crossing over by ferry/or traditional harbour boat, visit the’Collacchio’ - the medieval part of Vittoriosa – where the Order of St John first settled on their arrival on the island in 1530. Experience the different life stride of this city from that of Valletta. Impressive views of Valletta from across the harbour.
