    • See how nestled in the heart of hydrophilic vegetation, the Balata Botanical Garden has a thousand varieties of flowering plants and surprising shrubs. 

    • Follow the verdant La Trace road, which winds through a tropical forest. 

    • Continue through the picturesque village of Morne-Rouge, then that of Saint-Pierre at the foot of the Mount Pelée volcano and once the island's capital. Its ruins from the 1902 eruption, its fruit market, its beautiful bay to visit, the 1902 memorial, and its Place Bertin make it a place steeped in history. 

    • Lunch is served at the restaurant facing the volcano Mount Pelee.

    • The journey continues across the significant north-eastern slope of the Atlantic to the rural villages of Ajoupa-Bouillon, Basse-Pointe, the cradle of the illustrious poet Aimé Césaire.

    • Stop off to visit a sugar cane and banana plantation in Sainte-Marie, all fertile regions for food production. 

    • Visit the Saint-James distillery and its famous rum museum created in 1979 heralds a tasting of fruity liquors, giving a pleasant rhythm the day before returning to your accommodation.
