Day 1 - Arrival & Sightseeing in Bagan expand_more
Arrive in Bagan and meet your tour guide at an agreed-upon location.
Go to the most significant Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine.
Visit Ku Byauk Gyi and Kay Min Ga temples, noted for their panoramic view of the area’s numerous monuments.
Proceed to Ananda Temple to witness the four standing Buddha images.
Learn about the manufacturing of Myanmar’s most-treasured handicrafts during the afternoon.
Visit a lacquerware craftsmen’s workshop in nearby Myinkaba village to marvel at the finely crafted objects.
Continue towards Manuha Temple, built in Mon style in 1059.
Explore the Nanpaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument which according to legends used to be the palace site of King Manuha.
