Pick up from the hotel at 9:00 am and drive to the base of Mount Popa with the Burmese tour guide.
Enjoy the beautiful landscapes on the way to the volcano studded with palm trees, villages, and fields.
Visit a cottage industry en-route that makes palm sugar, peanut oil, palm wine, etc.
Arrive at Mount Popa and start climbing the volcano.
Hike to the top of the volcano and arrive at a temple complex.
Spend some time in the temple and enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the island.
Descend to the spirit shrine at the foot of the mountain.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Visit a local village, spend some time with the locals and walk around the village.
Return to the hotel.
