  • Day 1: Skopje expand_more
    • Upon arrival, get picked up at the airport in Skopje. 

    • Then, head to your hotel accommodation. 

    • Go sightseeing in Skopje (Skopje Fortress, St. Spas, Old Town, Square, Museum of the National Struggle, The Memorial House of Mother Teresa). Then, have lunch in a restaurant.  Enjoy some free time for individual walks.

    Dinner and overnight.

  • Day 2: Canyon Matka, National Park Mavrovo, Struga expand_more
    • After breakfast, visit the canyon Matka and the church Assumption of the Virgin - Matka. 

    • Then, continue to Tetovo, visiting the Painted Mosque.

    • Have lunch in The Mavrovo National Park. Admire the panoramic view of the national park.

    • Head to the monastery of St. John the Bigorski. The path leads along the picturesque gorge of the river Radika. 

    • Continue to the Monastery of St. George the Victorious - Rajcica, located at the beginning of the town of Debar. 

    • Reach Ohrid through the gorge of the river Drim and the field around the city Struga. Proceed to hotel accommodation.

    Dinner and overnight.

  • Day 3: Ohrid, Monastery St. Naum expand_more
    • After breakfast, go on tour in the old part of Ohrid. Ohrid is a city that is several thousand years old, is located in the Ohrid Basin on the northern shore of Lake Ohrid. It is a UNESCO town because of its rich history, culture and tradition. The old name of the city is Lihnidos (light). The fact that this city had 365 churches deserves the name Jerusalem of the Balkans.

    • Visit the churches of St. Sofia (IX century), St. Mary - Perivlepta (XIII century), St. Clement (IX century) and St. John - Kaneo (XIII century). Also, there is the Ancient Amphitheater, Samuil Fortress archaeological site Plaoshnik, the old Ohrid architecture and House Robevci.

    • Head the south of Ohrid Lake. In place of rocks that rises high above the lake is situated monastery St. Naum. Around the monastery, beautiful scenery stretches with a small pond formed by the river Drim, which has two natural islands. 

    Back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

  • Day 4: Bitola, Winery expand_more
    • After breakfast, visit the ancient city Heraclea near Bitola. This site dates from the 4th century BC, built by Philip II of Macedonia. 

    • Take a walk in "Broad Alley" in Bitola (former consuls city). 

    • Continue to the winery "Tikves". Enjoy exploring the largest winery in southeastern Europe, followed by wine tasting with snacks.

    • Return to the airport in Skopje.
