Day 1: Fort Dauphin expand_more
Spend a day touring the town of Fort Dauphin, which includes walking around a fisherman's village and local market and checking out the Anosy museum.
At the end of the day, go down to Libanona beach for a swim.

Day 2: Nahampoana Reserve expand_more
- Get out of the city to visit Nahampona reserve. Here you will see what Madagascar is famous for, lemurs, other wildlife and native plants from the area.
- Along the way, see terraced rice fields and traditional Antanosy peoples homes.
- After your day at the Reserve, head down to Ankoba beach, where you can relax and swim.

Day 3: Travel to Saint Luce expand_more
- Travel to Sainte-Luce village, which was the first place that the French pioneers landed in 1962.
- Here, experience nature, sun and beach altogether with your Madagascar tour guide.
- On arrival, take a tour of the village. You can settle in and enjoy your private beachside location.

Day 4: Lemur walks expand_more
- Walk to S9 Forest to see native species of lemurs from the area. The most common is the brown lemur.
- Explore the remaining littoral forest and go for a night walk to see the smallest primate in the world, the mouse lemur.

Day 5: Mangrove River Boat Trip expand_more
- Embark on a boat trip through the mangrove forest and visit a local island.
- On your return, unwind at the beach and enjoy the facilities at your luxury resort.

- Take a trip back to Fort Dauphin, spend the afternoon in the town or at the beach.

Go on a day trip to Manantantely to hike up the Anosy hills to see more of the rainforest.

Anosy is a region in southern Madagascar where the ancient hills separate the dry spiny forest from the rain forest, which is home to many species of native lemur.
You will spend time in town, visiting nature reserves to see lemurs and many other species, and then spend four days in a luxury beachside lodge, sampling delicious local seafood, enjoying the facilities, all 2 minutes from a beautiful beach where you can relax and swim to your heart's content!
