• Get picked up from your hotel in Delhi-NCR at around 2 am or as per your convenience.

• Relax in your premium air-conditioned private vehicle as you drive along the Yamuna Expressway from Delhi to Agra. There are several eateries and public convenience stops along the way.

• Arrive in Agra by dawn to catch the first rays of the sun. Head straight to the magnificent Taj Mahal - one of the seven wonders of the world, and spend some time admiring the architectural masterpiece, its white marble façade taking on a golden glow at sunrise.

• Spend a couple of hours walking around the Taj complex with your local guide, taking pictures, and learning about the UNESCO Heritage-listed as a ‘monument of love'.

• Move on to the Agra Fort. You may choose to stop for refreshments on the way.

• Start exploring countless attractions from the Mughal era at the fort. Here you will see how Indian and Islamic architecture and art styles have merged to give this red-stone building its distinct features. The Queen’s chambers, the King’s courts and other well-preserved areas of the fort are sure to take you on a trip to the royal era.

• Proceed for a buffet lunch (optional extra add-on) at a 5-star hotel.

Once you finish enjoying a hearty meal, it is time to burn off those calories – you may choose between:

• Shopping: Agra is well known for its marble enamel work, textiles, traditional crafts, rugs and carpets, brassware etc. Visit shops and bazaars that sell authentic goods of high quality.

• Visit the Baby Taj: The Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah, often described as the “jewel box”, is a Mughal Mausoleum on the eastern bank of the Yamuna River. Akin to the Taj, it is set amidst a large cruciform garden crisscrossed by water courses and walkways. You can spend a couple of hours exploring the grounds.

• Drive around Agra city during the afternoon will also give you the best opportunity to capture local life in your cameras.

• Pay a visit to the Mehtab Bagh for a different view of the Taj, once again bathed in the golden glow of a setting sun. From here, you could see the reflection of the Taj Mahal in the waters of the Yamuna River. (Optional)

• Proceed to drive back to Delhi via the same route. You may pass your time watching the countryside pass by.

• Arrive in Delhi by late evening and get dropped off at your hotel.
