Take a short drive from Marrakech to the foothills of the Atlas Mountains.
Go on the road along the valley of Ourika and pass through a succession of clinging mountain villages.
Stop to see wonderful landscapes, full of vibrant colours as you move through the hillsides.
Make your first stop in a traditional house of the Berber family who lives in the valley. The family often opens their door to the kitchen, sharing their bread, honey, butter and olive oil.
Ride camels for half an hour deeper in the valley.
Visit Setti Fatma, which is a favourite weekend destination for many Moroccans. It is highly appreciated for its beautiful streams and seven waterfalls, beautiful cliffs, and green valleys.
Walk around the valley to take photos of the views of green terraces surrounding the Atlas Mountains.
Go to the first waterfall and return for lunch.
Have an authentic Moroccan lunch.
Return to Marrakech.
