Embark on a tour of history, culture, architecture, and the real way of life of people. You will have a general idea about Morocco and its people by visiting the Hassan II Mosque, Kasbah des Oudaya, Mausoleum Mohammed 5th, Hassan Tower, Royal Palace, Medina, Souks, and much more. 

DAY 01

Airport/Casablanca

  • Upon your arrival at Casablanca Airport, you will be met by your English speaking driver. He will do your transfer to the hotel in Casablanca.

  • After you check-in and rest, you will go for an orientation tour in the city to see Mohammed the 5th, art deco and colonial architecture.

  • Drive beside the corniche and have a drink in one of the cafes that overlook the Atlantic ocean.

  • Stay overnight in Casablanca.

DAY 02

Casablanca /via Rabat /Fes

  • Start with the visit of the magnificent Hassan 2 mosque. It is better to do a tour of the mosque. It is the only mosque that can be visited by non-Muslims. The best artisans from all over the country contributed to its building. Also, you will discover the Arabo Andalusian architecture inside it. 

  • Visit the Jewish Museum to learn about Jewish heritage in Morocco with the Moroccan guide.

  • Drive to Rabat; the current capital.

  • Rest and have lunch in a Moroccan restaurant.

  • After lunch, your tour guide will take you for a tour in Rabat to visit Kasbah des Oudaya, Mausoleum Mohammed 5th and Hassan Tower, in addition, you will take a photo of the Main Entrance of the Royal Palace. 

  • Then, follow your drive to Fes, one of the oldest medieval cities in the world and the oldest capital of Morocco.

  • Stay overnight in Fes.

DAY 03

Fes/tour

  • Start the tour in Fes with a nice panoramic photo from the Borj/Fortress. Fes is one of the oldest medieval cities in the world. It is a good example of Spanish–Arabic civilization. As a spiritual and cultural capital, the city has lots of religious sites.

  • Visit medersa bouinaniya, Cherratine, etc.

  • Walk through the narrow lanes and discover the handicrafts, tanneries , and real public life.

  • Enjoy some of the very good authentic Moroccan food.

  • In the afternoon, visit the 14 century Jewish quarter and take photos of the outside of the Royal Palace.

  • Go to the cooperative of tiles, mosaic, ceramics and learn about the steps to make them in the workshops. 

  • Rest in the Riad.

DAY 04

Fes /Meknes/Volubilis

  • Visit the Roman ruin Volubilis and the nearby Meknes known as the Versailles of Morocco. Volubilis is the most preserved Roman ruin in the country and declared by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The Roman Empire transformed the Carthaginian settlement into a Roman city. Explore the ruins with their Capitol, the remaining of the court, triumphal arches, and temples. 

  • The next stop is in Meknes the third Imperial City of the first Monarch of Morocco, Moulay Ismail.

  • Take photo of Bab Mansour, see the food market and visit of Granaries and stables. 

  • End your drive in Fes where you will stay overnight.

DAY 05

Fes/Marrakech

  • Drive towards the red city of Marrakech. The drive on the high way to Marrakech is about 6 hours drive.

  • After check-in and rest, do an orientation tour of the city to locate yourself and know where you are staying in the medina. 

  • Visit the main Square. 

  • Have your dinner and rest in the hotel. 

DAY 06

  • Explore the major sites in the city: Koutoubia mosque outside, Saadian Tombs, Jewish Quarter, and Bahia Palace.

  • Have a rest and lunch.

  • Head to the Souks. The main industry also in Marrakech is the handicrafts.

  • Walk through the medina and see workshops of black smithery, leather and dyers.

  • Visit the Main Square that was declared by UNESCO as a humanity heritage.

DAY 07

marrakech/tour

  • It is better to do another tour in Marrakech so that you will be able to visit more sites such as Majorele Garden, the Berber museum inside and Yves Saint Laurent museum, in addition to secret gardens. 

  • See the Main Square at night or just visit more souks /markets.

DAY 08

marrakech/Departure

  • End of the tour. If your flight is in the late afternoon, you will see more sites and the driver will do your transfer to the airport either in Marrakech or Casablanca.
