Day 1- Negombo expand_more
Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, transfer to Negombo.
Check-in at the hotel.
Depending on the time of the day, have the option to go on a boat trip in the Negombo Lagoon.
Relax, unwind, and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Dinner and overnight stay at Negombo.

Day 2- Anuradhapura expand_more
After breakfast, depart for the city of Anuradhapura.
En route, stop at Yapahuwa ancient city (a 300-foot fortified wonder dating back to the 13th century).
Explore nearby areas in Anuradhapura.
Overnight stay at Anuradhapura.

Day 3- Anuradhapura expand_more
On this day, go and observe several historical remains of the ancient city of Anuradhapura.
Later in the day, visit the Mihintale Buddhist Temple.
Head back to the hotel for the night.

Day 4- Sigiriya expand_more
On the way to Sigiriya, stop for a visit to the Aukana Buddha Statue and the Dambulla Cave Temple.
Arrive at Sigiriya for an overnight stay.

Day 5- Sigiriya expand_more
After breakfast, line up to climb and explore the 'Lion’s Rock' in Sigiriya. This activity is quite doable by most people.
Later in the day, visit the ancient and historical city of Polonnaruwa and return to Sigiriya for the night.

Day 6- Kandy expand_more
This morning, begin the journey towards the hill capital of Kandy.
En route, visit the Matale Alu Viharaya Buddhist Temple and the Matale Hindu temple.
Upon arrival at Kandy, enjoy an evening show of the cultural dance of Kandyans.
Overnight stay at Kandy.

In the morning, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and obtain blessings from the Buddhist monks there.
Next, go on to visit the Three Temple Loop, known as the Gadaladeniya, Embekke, and Lanka Thilake Temples. These are Hindu-Buddhist Temples from the 14th century.
Towards the evening, return to the hotel in Kandy for a night stay.

Day 8- Kandy - Airport expand_more
Depending on the time of departure flight, explore the city for a few hours before transferring to the airport.
End of tour.
